What is the PEPPER Airdrop: Everything You Need to Know

The PEPPER airdrop is an initiative by the Chiliz project to distribute free tokens to CHZ token holders. It is a common marketing strategy in the crypto world to increase awareness and adoption of a new project.

What is PEPPER?

PEPPER is a community token designed to strengthen the bond between fans of the Chiliz Chain. This token provides fans with the opportunity to participate in various exciting activities and become part of a larger community.

How to Get PEPPER Tokens

There are two main methods to acquire PEPPER tokens:

1. Airdrop

30% of the total PEPPER supply will be distributed for free (via airdrop) to users who hold at least 100 CHZ tokens in their wallet or have staked CHZ on the Chiliz Chain. Eligible users will receive 150,000 PEPPER tokens for every 1 CHZ token they hold.

2. Farming

The remaining 70% of the total PEPPER supply can be earned through CHZ staking activities. Every 1 CHZ token staked will generate 250,000 PEPPER tokens daily. This farming process will last for three months, with a new harvest cycle every 24 hours.

What is the Purpose of the PEPPER Airdrop?

The PEPPER airdrop is part of Chiliz's strategy to enrich its widely recognized ecosystem, known for its fan token platform. 

By introducing PepperChain, Chiliz aims to build a more inclusive community where every member has the opportunity to participate actively and contribute.

We will support the PEPPER Airdrop to CHZ Holders. We will take asset snapshots for CHZ holders on Bitrue at the following times for PEPPER airdrops. 

• October 10, 2024 0:00 UTC
• October 17, 2024 0:00 UTC
• October 24, 2024 0:00 UTC
• October 31, 2024 0:00 UTC

Please note:

• The airdrop distribution ratio is 1 CHZ = 150,000 PEPPER.
• The distribution time for each airdrop will be determined based on when we receive the tokens from the project team. We will announce and notify users after each distribution is completed.
• Assets that are in open orders or currently in the deposit and withdrawal process will not be included in the snapshot. Please do not move your assets around the snapshot times to avoid any discrepancies in the statistics.
• The listing time for PEPPER will be announced separately.
• Users can check the official announcement for details and updates on the airdrop.
