Burning $2M ETH and Donating $5.35M to WikiLeaks: Hu Lezhi’s Explosive Claims on Kuande Investment’s Mind Control Tactics

A pseudonymous programmer, identifying themselves as Hu Lezhi, has ignited controversy by making unprecedented claims about brain-computer weaponry allegedly deployed by global military powers and private financial institutions.

In a dramatic act, Lezhi burned $2 million worth of Ether (ETH) and donated $5.35 million to WikiLeaks, using the Ethereum blockchain to communicate a message warning of nano-computer chips being used for mass mind control.

Hu Lezhi: Allegations of Brain-Control Technology and a Desperate Warning

On February 17, 2025, Lezhi sent an onchain message with their final 591.6 ETH donation to WikiLeaks, stating:

“Brain-computer chips have been deployed militarically on a large scale. All military powers are using base stations, radios, and nano-brain-computer chips to control all citizens.”

Lezhi further claimed to be a direct victim of these brain-computer weapons since birth, describing a complete loss of autonomy and dignity.

Their message took an ominous and despairing tone, expressing a wish for global destruction.

These extraordinary allegations included a direct accusation against Kuande Investment (WizardQuant), a Shanghai-based hedge fund, whose executives, Feng Xin and Xu Yuzhi, were accused of using mind-control technology to manipulate their employees.

Tracking the Massive Ethereum Transfers

Lezhi’s onchain activity reveals a methodical distribution of 2,047 ETH, valued at approximately $5.6 million, across various addresses between February 10 and 17:

• 711.5 ETH ($1.6M) to WikiLeaks

• 603 ETH ($1.65M) sent to Ethereum’s burn address (permanently removing it from circulation)

• 700 ETH transferred to “ndao.eth”

• 33 ETH sent to an unidentified “Grant Provider”

Following these transactions, no further movements have been detected from Lezhi’s Ethereum address “0x1a19”.

Kuande Investment (WizardQuant) and the Alleged Mind-Control Scheme

Founded in 2014, Kuande Investment (also known as WizardQuant) operates in quantitative finance, specializing in high-frequency trading and algorithmic strategies in the stock, futures, and options markets.

The firm maintains offices in Shanghai and Beijing and employs 51-200 people, according to LinkedIn data.

• Feng Xin is the co-founder and chief risk officer (CRO) of WizardQuant.

• Xu Yuzhi serves as the chief investment officer (CIO).

Lezhi’s accusations suggest that WizardQuant executives employ brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) to exert complete cognitive control over employees, effectively turning them into “digital slaves” for the firm’s operations.

Implications and Unanswered Questions

Lezhi’s claims—though sensational and unverified—have raised serious discussions about the intersection of neuroscience, AI, and financial markets.

If true, these allegations would suggest a dystopian level of surveillance and manipulation within both state military programs and private financial institutions.

However, key questions remain unanswered:

• Is there any evidence to support Lezhi’s claims about brain-computer control?

• Why target Kuande Investment?

• What was Lezhi’s motivation? Was this an act of whistleblowing, paranoia, or psychological distress?

• What will happen to the burned $2M ETH?

As of now, neither WizardQuant nor its executives have publicly responded to the allegations. Meanwhile, WikiLeaks’ position on this extraordinary donation and its message remains unclear.

This story, filled with mystery, high-stakes finance, and cryptographic communication, continues to evolve, leaving the world questioning; What exactly is happening behind closed doors in the realms of military tech and hedge funds?
